При входе в аккаунт,вы получите следующее сообщение:

Dear Trader

ZuluTrade, Inc. along with all FCM's, has received information from the NFA that we wanted to pass along to our customers. As mentioned, all registered FCM's have received a new Compliance Rule 2-43 regarding FOREX trading. On May 15, 2009, FOREX customers will no longer be allowed to open "hedged" positions in their accounts. However, there is no need to worry about that, since all FXCM accounts will automatically be transferred from USA to FXCM UK operations.

You will only be able to keep on trading once you have filled the FXCM UK Hedging Transfer Form

После 15 мая все зарегистрированные клиенты FXCM не смогут больше хеджировать открытые позиции.Проблема решается автоматическим переводом счета с FXCM US на FXCM UK.Для этого вам необходимо лишь до 15 мая заполнить форму FXCM UK Hedging Transfer Form
Это обязательно нужно сделать.Осталось всего два дня.Советую не откладывать до последнего момента.

Все кто заполнил и отослал FXCM UK Hedging Transfer Form (см.предыдущий пост),должны в течении недели получить вот такое подтверждающее письмо.

You will feel right at home with the UK trading platform because it’s virtually indistinguishable from the platform you have been using. The only important difference is that it is fully hedging enabled.

Your account is now regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), one of the world's most respected financial regulatory bodies. Accounts with FXCM UK are fully segregated in accordance with FSA client money rules.

Will my FXCM UK account offer No Dealing Desk execution?
Yes. Every trade is executed back to back with one of the world's premier banks or financial institutions, which compete to provide FXCM with the best bid and ask prices.

Can I fund my account via credit card?
Yes. We now accept payment through the two major international credit cards. You can now fund your account with Visa or MasterCard. Deposit Funds Now

Add as little as 100 and as much as 10,000 of the account base currency. Simply fill in your e-mail address, FXCM UK account number, and credit card information. Within minutes of your deposit, an e-mail acknowledging it will be sent to your e-mail address. Note: Deposit via credit/debit card in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD, JPY, and CAD.

Can I fund my account by wire?
Yes. You can make USD, GBP, EUR, NZD, and CAD deposits. Deposit Funds Now
